FMCSA Renews Exemption for Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has finalized its decision to renew the exemption from the 30-minute rest break provision for certain commercial motor vehicle drivers, as requested by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA), which transports oversized and overweight loads.
