Wilson Logistics Seeks Exemption Renewal from FMCSA Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on Wilson Logistics' application to renew an exemption from the rule requiring a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) holder to be accompanied by a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) holder in the front seat while driving a commercial motor vehicle (CMV).
