Neptune Pumped Storage 1, LLC Surrenders Preliminary Permit

Neptune Pumped Storage 1, LLC has surrendered its preliminary permit for the Neptune Pumped Storage 1 project, according to a notice filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The company will no longer pursue development of the project.
