CBP to Submit Information Collection Request for I-94 and ESTA Forms

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection will submit a request to the OMB for review and approval of the Arrival and Departure Record (Form I-94) and Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
