Change in Control at Rio Grande LNG Entities

The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management at the Department of Energy has received a notice from Rio Grande LNG, LLC, Rio Grande LNG Train 4, LLC, and Rio Grande LNG Train 5, LLC, detailing a change in upstream ownership, filed on November 14, 2025, under the Natural Gas Act.
