EPA Exempts SpCas9 Protein from Tolerance Requirement for Citrus Commodities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the SpCas9 protein in citrus commodities, following a petition from Soil Culture Solutions LLC (d/b/a Soilcea) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
