FMCSA Requests Public Comment on Hulcher Services, Inc. Exemption Application

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on Hulcher Services, Inc.'s application for a limited exemption from hours-of-service regulations to allow drivers to respond to railroad emergencies outside of regular working hours.
