Bureau of Prisons Corrects Inmate Communication Rule

The Bureau of Prisons has revised its regulations regarding inmate contact with the community, removing two outdated rules that prohibited inmates from publishing under a byline, following a recent court ruling, and correcting an error in the April 23, 2010, publication of an interim final rule.
