EPA Establishes Pesticide Tolerance for Sugarcane

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established time-limited tolerances for residues of flupyradifurone in sugarcane, cane, and molasses, in response to a crisis exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The tolerances expire on December 31, 2028.
