Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Regulations for 2026 Events in New York Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard proposes establishing temporary special local regulations and security zones in New York Harbor and surrounding areas from July 1 to July 9, 2026, to ensure safe navigation and safety of life and property during various events, including Sail 4th 250, International Naval Review 250, and U.S. Navy Fleet Week.
