SEC Exempts Multi-Class ETF Funds from Investment Company Act of 1940

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted exemptive relief to multi-class ETF funds under the Investment Company Act of 1940, allowing these funds to operate with modified disclosure requirements.
