The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comments on a proposed study to evaluate the effectiveness of warning devices for stopped commercial motor vehicles. The study, which aims to assess the impact of these devices on human performance, is expected to collect data from 256 drivers.
