The Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc. has submitted an order to the Self-Regulatory Organizations seeking approval for a proposed rule change that aims to modify Rule 11.21 to adopt a retail price improvement program and Rule 11.6(e)(2) and Rule 11.10(a)(4)(C)-(D) to describe the behavior of orders containing a non-displayed instruction.
