Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. Proposes Rule Change to LMM Program for BZX-Listed ETP Securities

Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to modify the minimum performance standards for its Lead Market Maker (LMM) program in BZX-listed ETP securities, effective immediately. The change also removes closed-end funds (CEFs) from the ETP LMM program.
