US Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Application for Incidental Take Permit for Piraeus Point Project in Encinitas, CA

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Lennar Homes of California, LLC for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act to construct the Piraeus Point Project in Encinitas, California, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
