HUD Extends Compliance Date for Community Planning and Development Programs

The Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 is further extending the compliance date for HUD's Community Planning and Development programs, including HOME and CDBG, to allow for system updates and incorporation of new income and asset requirements.
