Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Rate Determination Proceeding for Satellite Radio and Subscription Services
The Copyright Royalty Judges have initiated a proceeding to set rates and terms for satellite radio and 'preexisting' subscription services for sound recordings from January 1, 2028, to December 31, 2032, with a filing deadline of January 1, 2027.
