EPA Grants Exemption to Nouryon Chemicals LLC for Glycerides, Soya Mono- and Di-, Ethoxylated Residues

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Nouryon Chemicals LLC (USA) from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of glycerides, soya mono- and di-, ethoxylated, used as inert ingredients in pesticide formulations. This exemption eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues on food or feed commodities.
