EPA Approves Delaware State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a portion of Delaware's state implementation plan revision, addressing excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, submitted in response to a 2015 finding of substantial inadequacy.
