EPA Proposes Limited Approval and Disapproval of California Air Pollution Control District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to regulate emissions from Portland cement kilns.
