EPA Proposes West Pinal County, Arizona Did Not Meet 1987 PM10 Standards

The EPA is proposing to determine that West Pinal County, Arizona did not meet the 1987 24-hour PM10 standards by its December 31, 2022 attainment date, requiring the state to revise its Arizona state implementation plan to achieve PM10 standards.
