The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rulemaking on air quality in Fairbanks, Alaska, following a public hearing scheduled for the proposed action titled 'Air Plan Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval; AK, Fairbanks North Star Borough; 2006 24-hour PM 2.5 Serious Area and 189(d) Plan' published in the Federal Register on January 10, 2023.
