EPA Proposes Deletion of Sites from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed action to delete three sites and partially delete eight sites from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
