Vermont Final Authorization of State Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted final authorization to Vermont's revised hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended. The program revisions will take effect unless written comments are received during the comment period.
