EPA Approves New Mexico's State Implementation Plan Revision to Address Excess Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) to address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, as required by the Federal Clean Air Act.
