EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of Tennessee's Nitrogen Oxides SIP Call

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve a source-specific State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Tennessee, through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), which would establish alternative monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements under the Nitrogen Oxides (NO X ) SIP Call.
