EPA Issues NPDES General Permit for Vessel Hydrostatic Testing in Multiple States

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for hydrostatic testing of vessels in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Indian Country within Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana. This permit was signed by the Water Division Director for EPA Region 6 on February 21, 2023.
