EPA Approves Tennessee State Implementation Plan Revision for Nitrogen Oxides

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conditionally approved a revision to Tennessee's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions, which includes alternative monitoring requirements, as submitted by the State of Tennessee through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) on August 11, 2021.
