Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Black River Bridge Regulations

The US Coast Guard is proposing to update the operating schedule for the Charles Berry Bridge and Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge over the Black River in Lorain, Ohio, after a 37-year hiatus since 1986.
