Montana Regulatory Program Amendment Proposal Received by OSMRE

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has announced receipt of a proposed amendment to Montana's regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977. The proposed amendment updates the state's mine reclamation laws and incorporates affected drainage basins into bond release applications.
