Montana Regulatory Program Amendment Proposal

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has announced receipt of a proposed amendment to Montana's regulatory program, which requires permit applicants to update and approve compliance information in the event of a change in ownership and provides financial assurance for employee pensions.
