Kentucky Regulatory Program Amendment Proposal

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has announced a proposed amendment to the Kentucky regulatory program, which includes revisions to the qualifications of Reclamation Guaranty Fund Commission members, under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA). The proposed amendment is open for public inspection and comment.
