MSRB Approves Proposed Rule Change for Regular-Way Settlement in Municipal Securities

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has granted approval for a proposed rule change to redefine regular-way settlement for municipal securities transactions as occurring one business day after the trade date, and to update an outdated cross-reference in Rule G-12.
