NRC Grants Exemption for Leak Rate Testing at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC to perform leak rate testing of main steam isolation valves at a lower pressure than the calculated peak containment pressure at the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 2.
