NRC Requests Renewal of Information Collection for Reactor Plant Event Notification Worksheets

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request for renewal of existing information collections for event notification worksheets, including NRC Form 361 and NRC Form 361A, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
