NRC Considers Duke Energy License Transfer for Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering approval of an application by Duke Energy Progress, LLC and Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC to transfer licenses and issue amendments for several nuclear power plants, including Brunswick Steam Electric Plant and Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant.
