DEA Removes Thresholds for Pseudoephedrine and Phenylpropanolamine Importation, Exportation, and Domestic Distribution

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is eliminating the limits for importing, exporting, and distributing List I chemicals pseudoephedrine and phenylpropanolamine as part of its implementation of the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005, which requires import and production quotas and aims to prevent the diversion of these chemicals.
