NCRPA Award Recognizes Development of High-Toughness, Low-Viscosity Resin for Pothole Patching Materials

The U.S. Department of Transportation has awarded a National Cooperative Research and Production Act (NCRPA) grant to develop a high-toughness, low-viscosity resin for reinforcing pothole patching materials, as part of the Transportation Innovation Program (TIP)
