FAA Withdraws Proposed Rule for VOR Federal Airways V-260 and V-290

The FAA is withdrawing a proposed rule to modify VHF Federal airways V-260 and V-290 due to the planned decommissioning of the Rainelle, WV VOR, which was published in the Federal Register on April 8, 2019.
