FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Boeing 787 Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Boeing 787-8, 787-9, and 787-10 airplanes due to under-torqued seat track fitting nuts on some flight attendant seats.
