EPA Lodges Consent Judgment Under Clean Air Act

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent judgment under the Clean Air Act, following a settlement agreement with a company. The EPA will implement the agreed-upon measures to reduce air pollution.
