ATF Proposes to Eliminate Firearms Transaction Record Form 4473 (Low Volume) Due to Rare Usage

The Department of Justice is proposing to amend the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations by eliminating the use of Firearms Transaction Record, ATF Form 4473 (Low Volume (LV)), Parts I and II, due to its infrequent usage by federally licensed firearms dealers.
