Review of Submarine Cable Landing License Rules and Procedures to Assess Evolving National Security, Law Enforcement, Foreign Policy, and Trade Policy Risks

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted a Second Report and Order to promote submarine cable deployment while strengthening national security interests.
