EPA Corrects Final Rule on Air Plan Disapprovals for 2015 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a final rule that finalized disapprovals of State Implementation Plan submissions for 19 states and partial approvals for two states regarding interstate transport obligations for the 2015 8-hour ozone NAAQS.
