EPA Solicits Public Comment on Metamitron Exemption Requests

The EPA has received requests from Colorado and Nebraska to use the unregistered pesticide metamitron to control Palmer amaranth on up to 35,000 acres of sugarbeets, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
