EPA Proposes Cashout Settlement Agreement for Donna Reservoir and Canal Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a $100,000 cashout settlement agreement with Donna Irrigation District #1 to resolve potential EPA claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act for response costs at the Donna Reservoir and Canal Superfund Site in Texas.
