EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement for Missouri Mine Tailings Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with Environmental Quality Management, Inc. for the cleanup of the Newton County Mine Tailings Superfund Site in Missouri, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980.
