EPA Finalizes New Source Performance Standards for Industrial Surface Coating of Plastic Parts for Business Machines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing amendments to the new source performance standards for Industrial Surface Coating of Plastic Parts for Business Machines, which will apply to facilities that commence construction or modification after June 21, 2022.
