EPA Approves Majority of Revisions to Colorado Regulation Number 3

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to Regulation Number 3 of the Code of Colorado Regulations (CCR) submitted by the State of Colorado, with the exception of changes related to incorporation by reference of sections of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The EPA is taking this action pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA).
