EPA Proposes Revisions to Consumer Confidence Report Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) Rule to improve readability, accuracy, and risk communication, and to require biannual reporting of compliance monitoring data to EPA, serving systems with 10,000 or more persons.
